Definition:  Nonrenewable resources are resources that we CAN RUN OUT OF because they are NOT easily replaced.

 

 

Examples:  Fossil Fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) are examples of NONRENEWABLE RESOURCES.  Minerals are also nonrenewable resources.
